Hello, my name is Het Patel. I am a Canadian Indian, meaning that my family moved to Canada when I was two. I am a mix of Indian and Canadian cultures, as both have shaped who I am and my values.
Research before design: To create effective UX designs, research is essential for understanding what users want. Connecting the bridge between pretty designs and informative design.  Listening - Understanding the role that is played when working with a team. Listening to various solutions with coworkers and clients to create a better project experience

Sports and club activities During my high school years, I played on an Ultimate Frisbee team that won first place in the regional competition.  Ultimate Frisbee CEO of a stationery business that embodies Indian beauty. Using stickers and art prints that are accessible for many to showcase art affordably. 
Created in 2020 to help address the COVID-19 pandemic, this project used art to support my mental health while we were staying home.  Alpha Branded Ontario Gujarati student association (OGSA) Experience Design Student Association (UXDSA)
